I started Perfitt Health with a simple mission – to help people move, strengthen and make connection with their bodies, minds, and with others. For me, life is all about balance, and my coaching style reflects that. We get one life, let me help you love yours.
I operate out of a small but perfectly formed fitness studio at the back of my house in Mayfield. Personal training clients have the option of 1:1, 2:1 or small group personal training, a tailored exercise program for additional training days at home or in the gym, a weekly email check-in, and ongoing nutritional advice and support.
For clients who want to learn a skill, blow off some steam and feel pretty awesome, join me for a fun and safe boxing session available in 30 or 45min sessions. Boxing is a great way to keep fit and work on both strength and speed. Feel empowered through boxing in a safe and non intimidating environment.
