Intimate personal training located at the Mayfield studio where clients receive 1:1 coaching, a tailored exercise program for additional training days at home or in the gym, a weekly email check-in, and ongoing nutritional advice and support.


45min PT

Perfect for those who are a little shorter on time but still want that personalised 1 to 1 service. Excellent if you want to solely work on some strength exercises before hitting some conditioning.



Boxing is a fantastic way to get fit and healthy, working on strength and speed all at once. Learn a new skill and feel empowered through safe and fun boxing coaching in a non-intimidating environment.


Doubles 1hr PT

There are so many benefits to training with a friend or partner. More motivation, accountability, a bit of good-natured competition, and perhaps the chance to get the boxing gloves out after someone forgot to stack the dishwasher!
